We always strive to ensure all Spartzy customers are happy with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange or return an item bought online and offer a 14-day Refund and Exchange policy.

How To Return An Item

  1. To return any item(s) firstly print and complete the Returns Form stating clearly the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. You can also download and save it from the link below to complete later.

  2. Enclose the completed form with the unwanted items in re-sellable condition. We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked delivery service.

  4. Please note:
    1. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain "Proof of Postage" until we have received your item and actioned the refund or exchange. This will be needed in the event of a problem getting the products back to us. Spartzy will not be responsible for non-delivery or loss of returned goods.
    2. Please make sure Items are completely unused, in original and re-sellable condition.
    3. Your returned item(s) is accompanied by a completed Returns Form.

UK & EU Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. If you are a customer in the UK and European Union, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. You must inform us immediately as soon as you receive the item(s) or latest within the 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Then you have further 14 days to return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund. 
  2. You may notify us at customercare@spartzy.com explaining the reason for your return and the order reference number or using the online form at contact us section of this website.
  3. All returned items must be in perfect re-sellable condition, accompanied with the filled in Returns Form and Proof of Purchase.
  4. Re-Sellable conditions imply that apparel(s) is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, without any stains or marks and still intact with the original tags and packaging. When trying on the garments, we request not to remove the original tags and that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Any sign of usage, scent (including deodorant), animal hair or garments without the original tags intact will result in the exchange or the refund request being rejected.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
  5. Any items bought from Spartzy website on Sale/Promotion/Discounted Price or items bought with a coupon code or other third party offers are not eligible for a Refund. However, they can be returned for an Exchange only. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates on any website other than Spartzy, must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
  6. Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product if you change your mind after receiving the goods. Please note that the cost and risk for all postage and delivery of the items back to us for Refunds or Exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund the initial postage & delivery costs except for goods that arrive to you as Faulty, Defective or Shipped in error.
  7. For part Refund(s) of items bought together on promotional offer or on special deals, the original amount paid will only be refunded and we may charge you an additional amount for postage costs if a reduced postage cost was part of the promotional offer.
  8. In case of Faulty items, you must inform us immediately as soon as you receive the order or latest within the 14 days of receipt of order. You can notify us at customercare@spartzy.com explaining the fault and your order reference number or using the online form at Contact Us section. 
  9. Exchange or Replacement of Faulty Items: If you want to EXCHANGE or REPLACE any faulty/defective/incorrectly packed or wrongly shipped items, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s). We’ll also refund the postage costs you incur while returning the faulty or incorrect item(s) back to us. We obviously won’t charge you for the re-delivery of the correct item(s) either. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial postage & delivery costs for Exchanges or Replacements on all domestic or international orders. We are only able to exchange items for the same product. If you request an Exchange for an item which is more expensive than your returned item, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for your desired product.
  10. Full Refunds of Faulty Items: REFUNDS of any faulty/defective/incorrectly packed or wrongly shipped items will be credited to your original method of payment including the cost of items plus the initial delivery costs. We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail and within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. If for any reason, we cannot refund via the original payment method then a cheque will be raised to the billing address on the order details.
  11. For any item(s) returned after the 14 days from the day you cancelled your order or after 28 days from the day you received your order, whichever is earlier, we reseve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% on every item(s) returned.
  12. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

International Returns

  1. If you are a customer outside UK or European Union, you may cancel or exchange your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
  2. When you return the goods, please ensure you fill out the Returns Form and mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed. Spartzy does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
  3. All returned item(s) must be in perfect re-sellable condition, with proof of purchase and returned within the 14 day cooling off period from the day you receive the item(s). For goods returned after 14 days, a re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged on every item(s) returned.

If you change your mind and would like a Refund or Exchange any item(s) for a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item(s) along with the completed Returns Form within 14 days from the day you receive your order. We are unable to refund the initial postage and delivery costs except for goods that arrive to you as faulty, defective or shipped in error. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

For wrongly shipped items or if you received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately at customercare@spartzy.com explaining the fault and your order reference number or using the online form at contact us section of this website. All faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, accompanied with the filled in Returns Form and Proof of Purchase.  We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of refund or exchange via e-mail and within a reasonable period of time.
  7. We will process the Refund due to you, including the cost of items plus the initial delivery costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. If you paid by credit or debit card, we will credit your credit or debit card account. If you paid by Paypal, your Paypal account will be credited. We are unable to refund the postage cost for sending the goods back to us.
  8. Please note that this refund will be in British Pound Sterling Pound, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.
  9. Any items bought from Spartzy website on Sale/Promotion/Discounted Price or items bought with a coupon code or other third party offers are not eligible for a Refund. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We are happy to offer exchanges or offer a suitable alternative depending on stock availability. For exchanging a faulty product, we would offer free shipping on the replacement product as well as refund the cost of sending the faulty goods to us.  Please read our full Returns and Refunds policy here.

Absolutely yes. We offer International Refunds and Exchanges too. For faulty and damaged International Orders, we offer full a refund. We offer exchange for the like-for-like order, i.e. same size, same design, and the same colour. In case the same like-for-like item is not in stock, we will get in touch with you to discuss a suitable option preferred by you. You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order and send us back the faulty goods with completed Returns Form within 14 days from notification date.  Spartzy does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

Generally, refunds are processed as soon as possible after receiving the goods back from you in satisfactory condition and within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. If for any reason, we cannot refund via the original payment method then we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

Refunds can be different if the returns are only part of the full order or items bought on sale or for international order where there will be the difference due to the daily exchange rate or due to deduction of delivery costs because of part of returns.

Proof of Purchase is necessary but under certain unforeseen circumstances, we may still be able to help you with your returns and refunds if you contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date. For gifted items, we generally do not offer refunds unless the refund amount goes on to the purchaser’s card directly. Returns and Refunds policy is still applicable.

For Faulty and Damaged International Orders, we offer full refund if we are notified within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your Faulty order and send us back the faulty goods with completed Returns Form within 14 days from notification date. Once we receive your goods with all tags and packaging intact, we will process your Refunds. Spartzy does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage. All our orders are send by Tracked Delivery. Generally, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is present at home and has permission to sign for the goods on your behalf. In case a delivery was not made to your delivery address, please contact us immediately with your Order Reference at customercare@spartzy.com or via our Online Contact Form for a quick resolution. If the fault is found to be at our end or our delivery service providers’, we will refund you as per our Returns and Refunds policy.
