Ordering and Paying for Spartzy Products

When you visit our website www.spartzy.com, you can choose your country and currency from the top right corner where the country flag is displayed. Once you have chosen your country, please click the “SHOP” menu,which will take you the page displaying all our products. From there you can click on any individual product to see more about the specific product details then choose Size, Quantity and finally add it to your bag by clicking on “ADD TO BAG” green button. Once you have added a product in your bag, you can click on “CHECKOUT” button which will allow you to finally review your order, calculate shipping costs and then follow the delivery and payment instructions by clicking on “CHECKOUT SECURELY”.

For all online orders, we accept payments via PayPal and all major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Delta/Connect and Maestro).
We are not able to accept cash or cheque payments for website orders.

Ensuring your card and personal information is safe, is extremely important to us. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe always. We use a 256-bit SSL encryption and never store your card details on file. To be assured that the checkout pages are secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser which verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.

We do not pass your details to any third party and take your privacy as seriously as we do to our own privacy. We need your mobile number to be able to keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays which hasn’t been the case yet. We also ask for your number so that we can contact you if there is any issue or problem with your order. If you do not have a mobile, you can give us a landline number stating clearly the country and area code so we know where to reach you.

Currently we ship domestically within the UK and to almost all eligible destinations worldwide.
For UK, Europe, USA and other Asian countries except India, our products are shipped from within the UK.
For India, we ship from within India.

For all orders delivered to UK, EUROPE and INDIA, there is NO customs duty. Any VAT/Sales Tax/GST is included in the price you see on the website. The price you see on the website is final price you need to pay. You may be charged a delivery fee depending on your order value. To know more about our delivery charges please click here.
For other destinations, it is important to note that you may be subjected to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. The Custom duties and taxes vary from country to country and is payable by the recipient. Please be sure to check with your local customs office for more information prior to completing your order.

We pack all orders in a free waterproof airtight Spartzy bag which are then wrapped in delivery envelopes to ensure discretion and maximum protection during transit.

We aim to update our stock regularly after each sale. Sometimes on website, the products may be shown out of stock due to very fast rate of sale. Under such circumstances, please feel free to contact our customer care to be able to let you know when items are back in stock or offer you an alternative.

Some items may be available to pre-order. Generally, these would be new collections or limited editions. Any items available for pre-ordering will be clearly shown on the website. However, this will mean waiting a little more than normal delivery windows for these items to be delivered. This is because the items in the new collections or limited editions are probably still being finished to a high standard in the factory. The wait will still be worth it.

Currently we do not sell gift cards/vouchers but we are working on it.

Shipping & Delivery

Spartzy is a growing startup company and our aim is to keep things simple and transparent so you can get your order as quickly as possible and start living a lifestyle you are so very much looking forward to! Hence, our delivery charges are simple and straightforward.

  1. There is no delivery charge for Standard tracked delivery within the UK for any order value of £80 or more. Your order would normally reach you within 3-5 days approximately. This includes Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
  2.  For Standard tracked delivery on order value of less than £80 within UK, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands we offer a flat rate of £4.95. Your order would normally reach you within 3-5 days approximately.
  3. We also offer a Next Working Day tracked delivery within the UK Mainland only for a flat rate of £7.50 irrespective of your order value. For a Next Working Day delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands are excluded from this service.

Generally, we aim to dispatch your order the same day or within two working days. From there it should take further one to two days. We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days. Dispatch is subject to stock availability and could sometimes take up to seven working days. In case of any delays, we will instantly inform you. During busy sale periods or festive seasons, delivery times can vary or increase due to a larger volume of orders and third-party logistics services. We do offer Next Day delivery service but only within UK mainland. Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands are excluded from Next Day delivery. Orders received before 1pm from Monday – Thursday is eligible for Next Working Day delivery by DPD tracked service. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Next Day delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend for next day delivery will arrive to you on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times. During busy Sale period or Festive Season, we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service. For more details regarding next day delivery please see our delivery information.

For UK Standard delivery we use Hermes tracked service, for UK Next Day delivery we use DPD tracked service and for most of our International deliveries we use different services from time to time. For further details please see our delivery information.

Size, Fit and Product Information

Our size guide can be found on every product detail pages, at the bottom section of every page or you can view the size guide here.

Our fit details are most often mentioned on the product detail pages. As a rough guide for most of our products, if you want a more snugged fit, go for the smaller size and if you prefer a more relaxed fit, opt for the bigger size.
The only exception is ThermaXtrim™ fitness pants where we advise to go for the smaller size as these pants are meant to be snugged fitting in order for optimum benefits from the thermogenic fabric.

The general inside leg measurements are provided on our size guide as a guide reference.
We also mention most of the inside leg measurements on the specific product detail pages as inside leg can vary slightly depending on the style and design.

Unfortunately, currently we do not have a maternity range. We are a very young growing company so keep watching the space.

All our products come with a wash and care label attached to them which has detailed instructions on how to wash and care for your garments for best performance. We also provide washing instructions on the product pages for your information while choosing a product to live and work-out-in.

Our products are made on specialist sewing machines and equipment so while we do not advice to alter them drastically, minor alterations like shortening lengths, sewing a patchwork, etc. are fine and done at your own risk. Spartzy do not assume responsibility for any damages caused due to altering at home or any kind of modifications done to the products.
We strongly advice not to alter or modify ThermaXtrim™ range of fitness wears as they are made at highest professional level and best not tampered with.

ThermaXtrim offers you a versatile opportunity. They are perfect for outdoor lifestyle like hiking, walking to your nearest downs, exploring the rugged terrains as well as dipping in the waters. They almost feel like wetsuits in water (but we are not claiming they are one)!

As with all new products, ThermaXtrim too longs to be lived in! The mild smell is due to the TX technology functional fabric and will soon disappear after a few washes. Just follow the washing instructions on the care label, chill and relax or just sweat it out. After all Sweat is Good!

While we haven’t had any complaints from our customers regarding noise we feel a very light swoosh noise is due to the thickness of the products and the way it has been constructed to offer you the best benefit of thermogenesis. With time and while you have worn the pants a few times, the noise reduces as the garments slowly tends to wrap around and contours your body almost like a memory foam.

First of all, congrats on the news and all the best for the exciting times ahead! All our products are made of highest quality, we would suggest you seek advice and consult your GP/MD during pregnancy.
All our other products are generally safe to wear at any time whilst we do not recommend wearing ThermaXtrim products if you are pregnant because it raises your body temperature and makes you sweat a lot.

We use top spec merino wool sourced from Australian farms and can be found in our signature product range - Spartzy Adaptive Techno Dry. Techno Dry is a truly superior luxe product with excellent moisture management, natural wicking and climate control ability suitable for yoga, gym, outdoor activities and casual wearing throughout the year. It retains warmth in cold outside conditions whereas pulls sweat away from skin, even in vapour state, to keep wearer dry and cool in warm weathers. The resultant fabric has superb breathability. We combine our merino with various different blends of other fibres like polyester, tencel, nylon, linen alongwith elastane to impart stretch. This makes our Techno Dry products suitable as activewear, sportswear and casual living for any time of the year.

We are very selective with whom we work so that we offer the best possible quality and new technologies in Athleisure wears in the most ethical way possible. Our sources of raw fibres come from various experts around the globe and we work with selected partners to convert them into yarns and fabrics. Finally with a knitting unit and our own sister company's garment production unit, we bring you the final apparel with desirably luxe and performance qualities. Our selected fibre suppliers are located in Australia, Italy, Turkey, Taiwan, China and India. In London, we get together with our founders and designer friends to conceptualise designs at various pubs in London. You can say we love to mix business with the casual approach while the pub environments allow us to express creatively. We found this process to work best in terms of product quality control as well as our ethical stands. We would not change a thing, it is the Spartzy way of doing things!

To avail our promotion code please subscribe to our news and offers . Alternatively, when you shop on our site, opt-in by checking the box for the option “Subscribe to product newsletter updates”. Your details will be saved with us and you can avail promotion codes when they are issued. These are the only two options of getting a promotion code as we do not offer promotion code on request or through any third-party websites or affiliates.

A valid promotion code can be used before entering your payment details on the checkout page. From My Bag page please click on the + sign to open the PROMO CODE box, enter your PROMO CODE, choose delivery options and click on CHECKOUT SECURELY to complete the order payment.

Most likely reason for this could be that the promotion code is no longer valid and may have expired or it has already been applied in the past as all our codes are valid for a single use only. Promotion codes are also not applicable on sale item. Only one promotion code can be applied on any single transaction. If you have more than one code, please use the one which will expire sooner or the one which offers you a bigger discount depending on your preference.

You made us think with this one! This goes back a few years when we were thinking of a name for our business which has connection to active living and self-expression. After endless debates and asking a few passersby on their way to yoga classes and gym, one of them eventually mentioned “artsy” and we quite liked it. In the end, we decided to turn it around by naming our brand Spartzy which, for us means someone who is sporty, free spirited to express themselves and resilient against all odds.

Like our brand name Spartzy, our logo denotes active living, free spirit and resilience against all odds. If you look carefully, you will see that our logo symbolizes a silhouette in an actively moving form and if you turn it around 90° clockwise, it somewhat resembles the Capricorn symbol which stands for resilience against all odds, perseverance to achieve and self-development. The mountain goat is never idle, it is always active and on the move.

The answer is, not one or the other. We believe in self-expression through fitness, fashion and active living. Why do we have to compromise on style for being fit or compromise on performance to be stylish? Spartzy is about being what you want to be, take the challenge and push your own boundaries. The spirit of Spartzy is difficult to cage in fitness or fashion. It is all about how you want to express yourself. After all, it is Your Life Your Quest!

We are as British as baked beans! We would like to think ourselves as more of an international brand with British way of doing things. So, we still sit and brainstorm ideas and concepts in London pubs and work with partners globally to bring those ideas as apparels to you. Our designer, logistics and customer care are all British or UK based.

We like to keep things small, beautiful, efficient and sustainable. Currently, we are only pureplay online business which helps us to offer a good value for our customers. But we are open to ideas and partnerships.
